GTB Series Spring Edition: A bikepacking adventure to discover long-distance riding in Brittany!
Accessible to everyone on a Gravel bike, both in terms of route and difficulty.
Friendliness and discovering Brittany will be the golden rules of this GTB Series.
GTB Series Spring Edition – “A Grand Tour of Brittany”
The GTB Series Spring Edition is part of Erminig’s “adventure and discovery” format.
One goal: discovering Brittany with an introduction to long-distance riding on a course with difficulty levels tailored for gravel bikes.
This adventure remains no less of a challenge for anyone looking to discover long-distance riding and bikepacking.
Alongside the Gravel Tro Breizh—the legendary yet demanding Breton event—Erminig has been offering an accessible adventure for everyone for the past three years.
From May 8 to 15, 2027, enjoy a route lovingly designed through Brittany, its legends, and its iconic sights. On the agenda: 900 km to ease into long-distance riding and bikepacking.
A 100% Accessible Gravel Adventure
The route is accessible and ideal for discovering long-distance riding. The gravel bike remains the perfect choice to explore Brittany’s most beautiful spots. Quiet roads, easy trails, and tracks will make up the itinerary of this ride, which focuses on discovery and camaraderie!
No race mindset here—the 900 km distance lets you pace your days to enjoy the Breton landscapes at your own speed. You have 8 days to complete your journey, which means aiming for at least 113 km per day—you are free to design your own stages based on your preferences and fitness level.
We are setting up Checkpoints. Restaurants, bars, pubs, and crêperies will be located along the route to give you the warmest welcome. They are optional, but they offer genuine moments of sharing and togetherness.
The tracking device provided will ensure your safety and allow your loved ones to follow your progress. Since the adventure is not a competition, there will be no standings or final timing.

A single location for departures and arrivals: Lake Trémelin (35)
The start and finish lines will be located at the same site as our renowned but challenging ultra-distance event: the Gravel Tro Breizh.
Lake Trémelin will serve as the start/finish hub throughout the week. Located 30 km west of Rennes (35), the start is easily accessible by TGV high-speed train.
The start for the 100 participants will take place on Saturday, May 8 in the morning. You will have until Saturday, May 15 at the end of the day to finish your journey.
Check-in and welcome will begin on Friday, May 7 in the late afternoon.
You will be able to meet and chat with other participants at our base village, set right by the lake.

900 km of Gravel in Brittany
Starting from Lake Trémelin, the 900 km route will take you on a journey to discover the most beautiful spots in Brittany.
The same care and attention given to all our events will go into designing this course. This 900 km adventure offers an accessible route tailored in difficulty for gravel bikes, beginners, and less experienced riders alike. Quiet roads, along with accessible tracks and trails.
The team will be there to welcome you back and hear all about your adventure!
One keyword: camaraderie!
One goal: discover Brittany’s finest sights!
One purpose: ease you into long-distance riding smoothly!

A 100% gravel route:
One word: accessible to everyone!
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, the route for this 3rd GTB Series Spring Edition is fully tailored for gravel bikes.
The course crisscrosses Brittany along quiet roads, paths, and tracks easily accessible on a gravel bike.
It avoids the tougher obstacles found in our ultra-distance event, the Gravel Tro Breizh. But keep in mind that Brittany is far from flat! Make sure your setup is suitable, but rest assured: the daily mileage required to finish on time will be manageable, allowing you to make the most of your journey.
We want to offer accessible routes for anyone looking to discover long-distance riding, whether you are less experienced or just starting out. If you are not interested in racing against the clock and simply want to enjoy Brittany, then the GTB Series Spring Edition is the ideal format!

Discover the Best of Brittany
Between the inland region, the coastline, the forests, and the countryside, Brittany offers a remarkable variety of landscapes.
The 900 km distance is ideal for exploring a vast majority of these diverse Breton landscapes.
The route changes every year to show you new places. A single trip is never enough to discover all of Brittany.
As always with our events, the course is fully scouted and lovingly designed. We ride year-round—Brittany is our playground, and there is no better way to know it and share it with you!

2027 Route – Heading to Northern Brittany
For this 3rd edition, a new route will be offered, crafted with the exact same care as the previous 2 editions. We will reveal the full track in the autumn of 2026.
In the meantime, here is a small hint: we will be riding through northern Brittany, with the likely return of Ouessant on the agenda! Many other surprises will also be in store!
